Arrival — Upon arrival for your service we ask that you check in at the reception desk to assure we let your service provider know you are here. If you are a first time skin care client we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork.
Late Arrivals — To ensure promptness, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another convenient time if you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment.
Cancellations — As a courtesy to our guests and staff, we ask that you give a 24 hour notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Children — Cheveux Salon welcomes all well behaved children. To ensure your childs safety we ask that they are able to sit during the duration of your appointment as there are many people walking around and hazardous objects such as sheers, razors, flat irons, etc. being used.
Cell Phones and Pages — As a courtesy to your service provider and other clients around you we ask that all cell phones and pages be on vibrate or muted during the length of your visit at Cheveux Salon.
Payments — We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
Gift Certificates — Cheveux Salon does offer gift certificates and packages. Ask our staff how you can get yours!
